We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

Note: Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process

We will provide return instructions. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement, refund, or alternative solution.
5. Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If the desired item is out of stock, we may issue a refund or store credit. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by us.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
7. Wholesale Orders
